The ICC has released the newest T20 International Players Rankings.
According to the released rankings, wicketkeeper-batsman Mohammad Rizwan has reached the simplest ranking of his career and Mohammad Rizwan has become the seventh best batsman.
Centuries in all-formats
Mohammad Rizwan is now the second Pakistani player after Ahmed Shahzad to score a century for Pakistan in all three formats of cricket. This proves his ability as a versatile player for Pakistan. He scored a brilliant match winning 104 and helped his team to reach a score of 169 in the first game.
Highest T20I score by a keeper for Pakistan
The 104 scored by Mohammad Rizwan, is now a record T20I score by a keeper for Pakistan. Previously, this record was held by Sarfaraz Ahmed, who scored 89 against Scotland.
He is now the only wicket-keeper for Pakistan to have scored a century in all three formats.
According to the continued rankings, Babar Azam’s second position is maintained while Shaheen Shah Afridi has moved up four places to 13th position.
